We continued to invest in our eReferral experience
- Completed over 200 different features and fixes across the Ocean Provider Network
- Developed over 20 new support articles and FAQs dedicated to eReferrals, with 100s of updates to existing materials
- Launched the Ocean Horizons program to help define the future of eReferral in Canada through collaborative, cross-provincial sessions
We saw the network grow across the country
- Nova Scotia built on their success with Surgical Referrals, adding Diagnostic Imaging, Ultrasound, Bone Mineral Density pathways
- Ontario activated critical community hospitals and care centres, especially in less populated Northern regions
- British Columbia broke the ice and is now using eReferral in key regions across the province
- New Brunswick has been laying the groundwork and is expecting the launch eReferral in 2025
