How Self-Serve Forms work
Your Self-Serve Form is accessible through a URL generated by the Ocean Platform. Post it on your clinic website or share the link via a secure message to give your patients access.
The clinic receives an email alert in real time when a new request has been submitted. Staff can view submissions in the Ocean Portal and respond as needed.
Where appropriate, accepted requests can be imported into the EMR. If a chart doesn’t exist, Ocean can generate a new one and prepopulate the demographics.
