Prepaid Invoice Request

Please complete this form if you are billed directly through OceanMD. If you are billed through your EMR vendor or a delivery partner, please contact their support team or your account manager for more billing options.

To request an invoice for prepayment of Ocean licences, please complete the form below. Prepayment requests are available for 6-month and 12-month terms (longer terms are available upon request).

Please select the services you would like to invoice below. If you are not currently using a service, or only want to pre-pay for select services, you may leave the other fields blank.

Please note: Prepaid invoices are applied to your Ocean site as credits. Credits expire after one year, unless other arrangements have been made in writing with OceanMD at time of purchase. Refunds for unused credits are available for 30 days from time of purchase, and subject to a $40 administrative fee.
