About the Session
This session will be a deep dive focused on directory listing enhancements to improve transparency.
Sending clinicians expect referral actions in Ocean, such as messaging, referral form edits, and cancellation, to be consistently available for every referral they send. It is not always clear that the availability of these functions, and the related communication workflows, can differ based on how the referral destination’s listing is configured.
We will be showing what has been released in production as phase 1 of this work, then walking through designs of future phases to gather feedback from clinicians which inform the final designs and features.
