Whenever you’re introducing new tools to patients, staff, or other stakeholders, communication and branding is extremely important. Without their trust, it can be hard to increase uptake and you may miss out on any time-savings and benefits.
To help our clinics, we’ve developed a dedicated resource called the “Brand Assets and Usage Guidelines.” Here, you can find logos, language, and posters to help better communicate what Ocean is, why you’ve added it to your clinic, and more. To give you an idea of what can be found in the guide, we’re highlighting a few below:
For new Ocean users:
If your clinic is new to Ocean, we recommend adding a note to your website to introduce patients to the Ocean Platform. Unless you’ve configured your own email domain, messages and reminders will come from [email protected] so it’s worth letting them know these messages are actually from their doctor via Ocean.
Our Brand Assets page features our brand logos and some descriptions you can use as starting language.
If you previously made your referral form available for print but are now accepting eReferrals via the Ocean Provider Network, consider downloading our fax template. These customizable fax blast templates are designed to help raise awareness within your network about your switch to digital referrals while providing information about the benefits and information for getting started.
For patient-facing communication:
Waiting rooms are great for health promotion so our team has developed a few patient-friendly assets that can be printed out as posters or pamphlets. If you have a TV that cycles through health information, these can also be used as slides, or you can reach out to our team for animated assets.
