Victoria Badgley, Chief Operating Officer
Since the inception of Ocean, Victoria has played a leading role building the Ocean team, brand, and reputation from the ground up. As COO, she will oversee client operations while helping to provide strategic guidance across all business operations, partner engagement, and organizational direction.
Haley Gush,
VP Client
Relations
Haley’s leadership skills have driven the growth and development of our team of Practice Consultants in Client Success. As VP, Client Relations, Haley will also oversee Ocean’s technical support team, helping to provide more unified support for all your Ocean needs.
Yaron Derman,
VP Product & Interoperability
Under Yaron’s strategic guidance, Ocean has expanded to over 30 integrations, from native EMR to FHIR-based connections. In his new role, Yaron will oversee the continued development of the Ocean Platform and Ecosystem to facilitate seamless connections in healthcare.
Samantha Plested, Sr. Director, Business Development
Sam has deftly led the Sales team through countless negotiations, contract updates, and partnership conversations. We’re thrilled to have Sam apply her enterprise mindset to new opportunities as Ocean focuses on cross-country expansion.
Tessy Vattaparambil, Client Education Specialist
As a practice consultant, Tessy excelled in client relationships and helping clinics onboard. In her new role of Client Education Specialist, she’ll expand her skills by providing training on a larger scale through webinars and other learning content.
Chris Eastick, Technical Solutions Analyst
Over the years, Chris showed no hesitation to dive deep into Ocean and learn about every single function. With his vast product knowledge, we’re thrilled to have him as our Technical Solutions Analyst and be point on the Platform.
